School Sports Field Cutting, Line Marking & Landscaping – Manchester
Do you have a large grass area that needs to be cut or line marketing to be done in your school? Elm House have been grass cutting and line marking for schools in the Manchester area for over 15 years and have a reputation for being trustworthy, competent and highly professional. We understand that having a trustworthy company is important for all schools when in the vicinity of children, to ensure compliance when on school sites all our team have an enhanced DBS. We also possess a fleet of big sports field equipment, similar to the size that local councils use.
Sports Field Mowing & Astro Turf Maintenance
Our cutting machines can mow 13 acres an hour on a clear field however if you have thicker unruly grass and areas covered in bramble and bracken with have machines that can deal with this also.
We maintain 3G and 4G astro turf (not laying) and our services include deep cleaning, regular brushing and weed / moss control.
Line Marking
We provide line marking on grass fields on any field including football pitches and tennis courts. Our line marking has reduced deterioration that can be caused by water, sunlight, extreme weather and wear from footfall for many schools in Manchester.
We use a sophisticated laser guided marking system to ensure that the design goes to plan.
Landscaping
We provide landscaping services including turfing, rockeries and planting. We have access to high quality nurseries to get stock, including large plants if you want a grown finished look.
We can work with a landscape architect of your choice or we can provide CAD drawings so you can see what the finished article will look like.

Our policies for health and safety includes risk, COSHH and method statements that supports our daily tasks.
Regularly Assessed
In order that our policy remains in good order, every three months we use an external health and safety consultant (Safety 2 Business) to make sure any HSE updates are included in the policy document.
NPTC Qualified
All our operatives have received the relevant training and hold relevant NPTC in machinery operation.
DBS Checked
Everyone on the team are enhanced DBS checked to ensure the safety of children whilst on site.
